B2B Sales Representative / Outbound Sales ( Business Development / Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Account Executive / Territory Manager / etc ) : - Field-based hunter role focused on generating new SMB (small and medium-sized business) partnerships through cold outbound sales and leveraging corporate associations. Position evolves from pure hunting to warm lead management and eventual partnership ownership. - Key Responsibilities: Phase 1: Hunter & Community Prospecting Cold prospect local SMBs using corporate partnership credentials (e.g., Sam's Club programs) Conduct in-person visits to association members (restaurants, retail shops, etc.) as "preferred provider" Generate pipeline through cold calls, drop-ins, and scheduled appointments Build local referral networks with complementary vendors Phase 2: Lead Management Convert warm leads from newly established partnerships Conduct in-person product installations and follow-ups within assigned territory Maximize revenue from partner-generated leads through field sales approach Phase 3: Partnership Ownership Own dedicated national associations/verticals withing the assigned territory Represent brand at trade shows and industry events Serve as primary field representative for assigned partnerships Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience) : - B2B sales experience in a quota-driven environment working with small to medium-sized business clients. - Proven outbound B2B sales experience with self-sourced pipeline - Track record in commission-based, hunter sales roles. Self-motivated hunter who thrives in autonomous field sales environment and can evolve into strategic partnership management role. - Strong field communication and relationship-building skills with SMBs - Comfortable with high-commission compensation structure - Experience with association/affinity sales programs (preferred) - Ability to leverage partner branding for credibility - Preferred (not mandatory) : experience with POS systems, payment processing, merchant services, SaaS business management platforms / e-commerce solutions. Related sales experience with complex technology or IT solutions is also beneficial.
