Job Description
The Territory Sales Representative role is accountable for business development and sales results in the assigned territory (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East), including: penetrating new accounts, creating a sales pipeline, establishing effective professional relationships with key prospect executives and transforming new opportunities in sales; all of that consistent with Thales standards.
The TSM will work in the field, visit / meet remotely prospects, and generate new business opportunities at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events or via research, prospecting and cold calling activities.
New business quota to develop new accounts (hunting) will be assigned and pipeline creation & sales targets will be measured periodically.
Education:
University degree or equivalentFluent in English – mandatoryExperience:
3+ years complex sales experience in software or IT industry – mandatoryConsultative sales approach/value based sellingExperience in hunting, prospecting, cold callingExperience in building relationships with prospects / customers at management levelExperience in orchestrating deals internally and externallyExperience and willingness to work as a teamExcellent written and verbal skills, able to confidently present proposalsMarket knowledge of the tech industry in Eastern EuropeSkills:
