Join our mission-driven team at Life Fitness as a Field Sales Representative supporting Premium Club operators. This role is ideal for a strategic, solution-oriented seller who thrives in competitive markets, understands the business drivers of fitness operators, and can deliver premium value through consultative selling. You’ll build long-term relationships, influence industry stakeholders, and drive growth across a dynamic territory.
This role will cover the state of Florida, excluding west of Tallahassee and we prefer candidates based in or near the Greater Orlando (and surrounding) area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Explain key business drivers like ROI and operational efficiency to club operators.
Use storytelling and customer experience to highlight the benefits of premium transitions.
Leverage financial and leasing models to support premium club growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights and operational benchmarks.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the premium club landscape and competitive dynamics.
Confidently sell premium solutions and differentiate from lower-cost competitors.
Ensure every customer interaction reflects a premium, thoughtful experience.
Develop and execute territory plans to grow existing accounts and win new business.
Maintain accurate forecasts and clean CRM records to support business planning.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to activate corporate initiatives in the field.
Spend at least 3 days per week in the field engaging with partners and prospects.
Prioritize accounts based on opportunity size, strategic fit, and long-term potential.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years of experience in field sales or account management
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Deep understanding of sales methodology and customer decision-making processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage large territories with organized, data-driven workflows.
Proficiency in CRM tools and forecasting methodologies.
Strong communication and storytelling capabilities.
Commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $46,200 - $63,000 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Orlando, FL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a vehicle allowance to offset the costs of using a personal vehicle for business related purposes.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.Life Fitness / Hammer Strength offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time team members, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match; medical, dental and vision insurance, parental, medical and military leaves of absence, paid time off, including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid vacation days beginning at 13 days annually, paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, company paid short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance, hospital indemnity; identity protection, legal services, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, employee discounts, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions.
