You will set the strategic priorities for your territory including forecasts, training, quotas, budgets, etc. You will hire, coach, and develop branch managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained/enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several branches.
