Apply now for the position of Regional Sales Manager you are responsible of the Flanders sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement across a portfolio of clinical diagnostic products and solutions. You will Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified region, for the portfolio of a unit, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets.

 

Tasks: 

Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization. Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting. Defines and allocates resources. Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects. May support strategic key customers' business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in public and private clinical laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Lead and coordinate the tender process in collaboration with the commercial operations and legal teams. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated records using the company’s CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations.

 

Profile: 

 

Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences, preferably within a multinational environment. In-depth understanding of the diagnostic landscape in Flanders (hospital labs, private labs, and healthcare institutions). Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
