**Job Title** Territory Sales Manager Belux **Location** Ingersoll Rand Belgium NV (Gardner Denver Belgium), Luithagen Haven 7A, 2030 Antwerp **About Us** Robuschi is part of Ingersoll Rand / Gardner Denver Group As an Italy-based factory and leading manufacturer of low-pressure blowers (Lobes, Screw, and Turbos), alongside vacuum pumps and centrifugal pumps. **Job Summary** The Territory Sales Manager Belux will be responsible for driving sales and market development within the Belux region. **Responsibilities** + Preparing offers for new machines and following up on incoming orders (in collaboration with the Inside Sales Engineer). + Visiting clients to discuss new offers, technical enquiries, client relations, and agreements. + Developing the market by identifying new prospects. + Reporting to management through weekly meetings and Sales Force. **Basic Qualifications** + A driving license is required. + Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch is essential. + Technical and commercial knowledge, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience or equivalent in a similar position. + A diploma/bachelor's degree in a technical field is required (Electro mechanics or equivalent). + Experience with blowers or rotating equipment is highly advantageous. + Familiarity with Sales Force / SAP or equivalent is a plus. **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** Office-based, with client visits only in Belgium/Luxembourg. **Key Competencies** Essential skills required for the role: + Commercial skills + Technical skills **What we Offer** + White-Collar Employee contract for an indefinite period + Full time employment: 40 hours per week with 12 ADV days + Meal and Eco vouchers + Hospitalization insurance free of charge for you and as an employee with possibility to join family members with a personal contribution + Group insurance + Company car with fuel card according to IR company car policy + Share options after 1 year of employment + Sales bonus \#LI-MT1
