Territory Sales Manager -BC

Oversee store operations, sales quotas, financial responsibilities, and strategic priorities of the territory. You will understand and capitalize on growth opportunities based on the local market. You will set the strategic priorities for your territory including forecasts, training, quotas, budgets, etc. You will hire, coach, and develop store managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained/enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several stores. Deliver value by training and directing your organization to meet customer needs. Make an impact by taking full ownership for the operational and revenue success of your territory.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Minimum 5 years of management experience  Multi-unit sales experience preferred

You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (42.86%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.   The typical base salary for this role, ranges from CAD $113,555 to $132,481 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
