Territory Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
+ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
+ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
+ Provide technical product support and guidance to customers.
+ Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to support territory growth.
+ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
+ Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
+ Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape and decision-making process.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
+ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Clinical background or experience working with surgical or diagnostic devices.
+ Existing network of contacts within hospitals or clinics in the territory.
+ Ability to understand and convey complex medical concepts.
