Gardner Denver delivers a wide range of compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, displacement pumps, loading arms, and couplings worldwide for industry and transport. Gardner Denver Netherlands feels like a family business with short lines of communication and a lot of contact with colleagues. In our location in Woerden we have the sales- and service department of Elmo Rietschle, responsible for the Netherlands. From here we supply our compressors, blowers, and vacuum installations to a large variety of industries. **Job Summary** **As a key contributor to the success of our Elmo Rietschle brand, you are responsible for driving turnover within your assigned region.** To achieve this, you build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new ones. You take ownership of the quotation processfrom preparation to follow-up - ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and follow up on offers for new machines, spare parts and service contracts + Conduct client visits to present offers, address technical inquiries, strengthen relationships, and negotiate agreements. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. + Provide regular updates to management through weekly meetings and CRM tools (Salesforce). + Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Basic Qualifications** + HTS Wtb or MTS with experience. + Experience in a B2B commercial job + Good communication skills **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** 80% travel accros Netherlands & Belgium **Key Competencies** + can work independently. + good communication skills **What we Offer** + A versatile and responsible position at a healthy international company. + A 38.5-hour workweek where you finish earlier on Fridays.
