Gardner Denver delivers a wide range of compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers, displacement pumps, loading arms, and couplings worldwide for industry and transport. Gardner Denver Netherlands feels like a family business with short lines of communication and a lot of contact with colleagues. In our location in Woerden we have the sales- and service department of Elmo Rietschle, responsible for the Netherlands. From here we supply our compressors, blowers, and vacuum installations to a large variety of industries. **Job Summary** You are responsible for the turnover within your region. To achieve this, you maintain a good relationship with your customers and see it as a challenge to win new customers. You are responsible for issuing quotations and following them up. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and follow up on offers for new machines, spare parts and service contracts + Conduct client visits to present offers, address technical inquiries, strengthen relationships, and negotiate agreements. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. + Provide regular updates to management through weekly meetings and CRM tools (Salesforce). + Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. **Basic Qualifications** + HTS Wtb or MTS with experience. + Experience in a B2B commercial job + Good communication skills **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across Europe, etc) **Key Competencies** + can work independently. + good communication skills **What we Offer** + A versatile and responsible position at a healthy international company. + A 38.5-hour workweek where you finish earlier on Fridays.
