We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is thrilled to manage the branch’s external sales and revenue objectives for the territory assigned. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Alberta, in this role, you will play a key role in developing, securing, and monitoring clients’ existing and new labor force rental and housing needs, including all industries and sectors involved.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sale and rental of new and used ATCO products and services, including market development for ATCO products and keeping track of current market prices to ensure a profitable and competitive position. Securing new sales and leases with new and existing customers within company guidelines Keep up-to-date on competitors, their products, pricing, and market strategy approaches. Review and recommend changes to our products and services to reflect market needs, including advertising, brochures, and other sales materials. Assists with customer inquiries, and sales requests (telephone and external) Manage the assigned geographical territory to ensure maximum penetration. Prepare bids, Project documents and liaise with customers, and create detailed and accurate price request forms (PCRs) Maintain and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction with regular contact with existing and potential clients Be well-informed on current industry trends and able to communicate effectively with customers on relevant industry activities. Ensures overall excellence in quality standards and projects meet customer and internal stakeholder requirements. Great team player with strong organizational alignment and effective networks to achieve decisive results. Encourage diversity of thought, innovation, and commercial curiosityWho you are:
At least 5 years of proven account management and competitive sales experience in the modular space rental industry. Post -Secondary degree or diploma in business and/ or construction. Working knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Office applications Proven experience in sales in managing more than one territory. Demonstrated ability to consistently develop sales territory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with limited supervision. Strong relationship-building skills and communication skills (written & verbal)Who we are:
