Managing your own territory, you’ll take charge of a team and get hands-on experience in FMCG sales. With the opportunity of reaching out to ground-level sales, the experience will build you up for a flying start to your career ultimately helping to improve the lives of millions of customers. **The ideal candidate will be majorly, but not exclusively, responsible for the following** 1. Achieving month-wise sales objectives of the territory for the entire product range. 2. Leading a team to ensure sales throughout the assigned area. 3. Proper management of data and its analysis. 4. Ensuring the merchandising activity through distributors' sales staff is as per standards. 5. Driving KPI Trackers, Route Plans, Distributor Stock Statements, Damage Return Books, DSR Logbooks, Daily Sales Reports and more to empower yourself. 6. Structuring and implementing the sales routes along with the sales representatives optimizing infrastructure deployment. **The education background and experience we're looking for** 1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved University/ recognized Foreign University. 2. Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
