Responsibilities
Responsible for overall sales in the Territory by working properly with Distributors’ representatives, Dealer and also drive engagement and development Retailers network to achieve achieve /exceed target in the Territory.Market potential evaluation and develop strategies/tactics, and then convert into detailed sales plan and demand generation activities for execution. Lead the demand generation activities in the territory by working with local distributors and MDO to support the dealers, retailer liquidate the products.Manage and operate the market development team (MDO) to create market demand (Presentation, Technical seminars, Farmer field day workshop, Events, etc.)Build and develop the Farmer Network Skills coaching for market development team. Drive the Technical training for market development team and Farmer NetworkMonthly update crop planting/growth stage, pest forecasting, market insightsSurvey farmer and customer’s demands and feedbackJoin to organize and seminar on local TV or other mediaNew product launching preparation such as pre-commercial trials, demo.Qualifications
University graduated, preferable in Crop protection, Agriculture, Rural DevelopmentLeadership and strong initiative skills.Management experience and people leadership.Strong sales negotiation skills and customer networkingAt least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing and 3 years of experience in team leader position or people management. Good presentation and communication skillsExperience in building and developing customer network including farmers.Good at English is preferable.
