JOB PURPOSE
Be responsible for the profitable growth of product sales for the FCG-datacenter product group through direct sales, distributors and markets programs. Provide leadership to field sales force, develop insights to division/customer relationships and how to support them on a continuous improvement basis. Work on short and long term plans to grow the product group business.
MAIN DUTIES
+ Accelerate business growth by offering solution /value sales
+ Drive, guide, support team members’ sales activities and growth, co-work with other function dept. to deliver company profitable growth
+ Identify and drive new business growth of Data Center.
+ Enhance/speed up support to grow system/value sales by co-work with other product groups’ sales team
+ Reward for excellence/promotion and personal growth
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Leads the FCG-Datacenter product group sales and marketing efforts to ensure growth and profitability; ensure rapid growth in process Data Center as well as team’s business development
+ Identifies technology, growth trends, competitive factors and forecasts in market segments. Identifies and helps to develop new products and opportunities for existing products to meet targeted growth plans in conjunction with engineering and operations.
+ Establish realistic/stretch goals and time line to capture market share in targeted markets and achieve the Marketing Plan.
+ Continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
+ Manages, trains, and develops team members and evaluates work performance. Applies performance management and leadership techniques to assure positive employee relations and engagement.
+ Responsible for managing department budgets to ensure that objectives are achieved and managing the reporting of Key Accounts (PFKC), Focused Markets, Market Share Growth and Sales Channels (i.e. distribution etc.).
+ Actively supports cross-divisional and other group products sales activities.
+ Prepare and provide reports and sales or market analysis to the company and the regional platform as requested; attend sales review cadence either held by the company, GC team or the Group.
+ Leads and motivates team members to achieve company’s strategy.
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical engineering, Master is a plus
+ Competent in English.
+ 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical field requiring frequent customer interaction; 5 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales people
+ Knowledgeable in Data Center products and business especially in the process Data Center field.
+ Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills
