The Opportunity

For Abbott Vascular Division AV we are looking for an experienced, sales professional to join our great commercial team in Poland as a Territory Manager. This will be an individual, field-based role, covering the assigned area (pomorskie, mazowieckie, warminsko-mazurskie, podlaskie, lubelskie). We are looking for a person located preferably in Warsaw or Poland North.

Main purpose of the job:

Promotes clinical and technical value of products to potential and existing customers.Reaches assigned sales targets.Conducts trainings internally & externally.

What You'll do:

Develop capital equipment business and portfolio.Delivers technical and clinical presentations for customers to support competitive advantages of vascular devices.Tender management.Administration relation management.Leverages deep knowledge of clinical data to provide adding value in conversation with physicians.Conducts external/internal training on AV devices.Leads product launches in the field.Drive marketing campaigns to assigned customers.Develops valuable relationships with the targeted accounts.Planning and tracking of the activities with the computer tools.Ensures periodic counting of the account consignment.Ensure appropriate and timely sales forecast on the assigned customers.Acts in compliance with policies and procedures.

Required qualifications & background:

University degree in medical/pharmaceutical or sales/marketing field is preferred.Previous experience in sales is a must (medical devices, pharma, health care or similar).Ability to interface with customers and to build long-term business relationships.Understanding of products and theirs therapies including capital equipment.Good knowledge of English.Strong negotiation and communication skills, customer focus.Driving license B (active driver).
