Job Description:
The person will be supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in Sweden's West Coast, exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development as well as cultivating relationships to new and existing customers. You will also be driven to develop leads and finding creative ways to penetrate the market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent Ormco (Sweorto) in Sweden and be the first point of contact for our customers in your designated region
Develop, establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales
Visit customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
Responsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with orthodontic specialists
Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quota
Organize customer events together with the Scandinavian team and represent Ormco (Sweorto) at industry events and trade shows in the orthodontic and dental market
Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
Job Requirements:
3-5 years sales and general business experience
Has a strategic view on business development
Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in a remote team environment
Experience to operate in an international environment
Fluent English language skills and native Swedish language communication skills. Additional language is an asset
Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM)
Valid drivers' license B
