About the Territory Manager Role
Directs all aspects of a service area within an assigned vertical line of business. Most often the assigned area covers operating units spread nationally. The Territory Manager within Sustainability Services provides a comprehensive range of innovative and cost-effective environmental solutions to their assigned clients/operating units. The Territory Manager is responsible for the management of their operating units profit and loss, budgeting, day-to-day operations, ISO programs and service execution; oversight and direct management of personnel, third party sourcing, pricing and business development. The Territory Manager's primary objectives are to supervise and coordinate employee work and development activities within the respective sites, develop bids and quotes for new projects, implementation of identified projects, accurately analyze and report financials, collect customer payment and ensure customer satisfaction. May be responsible for approximately $5 to $20 million in revenue with a stretch goal of anticipated, expected growth within the assigned operating units/client sites.
Travel expected up to 50% supporting customers up & down the East Cost, as well as Gulf Coast.

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in project/business work within the environmental or industrial services industry (in addition to education requirement). Must live & work in the U.SCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience required Valid Drivers License required OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Certification required Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing.Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $95,000 - $105,000 annually . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 25% annual target bonus.
