Key Accountabilities

Generate new business and penetrate existing accounts AFM productsResponsible for Sales and Margins of assigned territoryMaintain relationship with all customers in assigned territoryEnd to End accountability from generating RFQ to getting paymentsPenetrate existing Donaldson Dust Collector Customers and new customer for will fitAchieve or exceed annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and objectives.Consistently improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies.Work closely with Operations teams and other departments/internal businesses within to maximize sales volume, margin and customer satisfaction.Appoint and develop channel partnersTravel as per requirementComplete weekly activity reportsPerform other tasks as assigned.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent work experience.

Technical Competence & Skills:

Experience in Air Filter / Air Pollution Control IndustryUnderstanding of Engineering Applications, Drawings & DatasheetsHandling Distributors and MROsAbility to interact at all customer levels (user to CXO)Past experience in Industrial SalesStrong commercial acumenEffective oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to exceed annual/quarterly/monthly sales goalsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Open to travel extensively.
