Make initial outreach to identified accountsLead discovery sessions to validate FLANDERS/customer fitLead opportunity discovery sessions to deliver winning offeringsEnter RFQ to Commercial Team for proposal developmentPresent solution to customer, aligning with previously developed value proposition.Overcome objections and secure orderDevelop & implement sales strategies to meet revenue targetsAnalyze market trends & competitors in TerritoryConduct Sales GAP analyses and communicate upward and across the organization to improve future Flanders sales win ratioManage strategic use of time via Sales CARsDevelop & manage a list of key prospectsCollaborate with sales & business development teamsAbility to cross sell & up sell a wide array of products and services to the industrial marketsSupport a strong pipeline of prospects & opportunitiesMaintain a sales pipeline & sales activities in CRMManage expectations of the customer and FLANDERS to deliver the most successful results every timePlan and execute customer meetings (in-person and virtual), presentations, workshops, and site visitsPlan and execute a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks and responsibilities required for successfully growing and developing accounts in a territoryEngage in and contribute to sales meetings and initiatives for planning, strategizing and successfully implementing sales objectivesTravel within territory to engage targeted accountsParticipate or Lead Tradeshow/Expos as appropriate, from initiation thru lead follow upMaintain a positive “can-do” problem-solving attitudeCommunicate competitive market information to help sales support team build competitive bidsHere's What You'll Need:
Minimum five (5) years of applicable experience in B2B technical sales, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred.Growth mindset with the ability to think strategicallyAbility to multitask, be adaptable and problem solveAbility to understand customer behaviors and industry trendsProven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets with a strong consultative sales approachExperience with CRM and Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong listening and organizational skillsStrong self-initiative with the ability to effectively work without direct supervisionBusiness acumen, understanding of ROI, Theory of Constraints and the importance of Risk Mitigation
