About Abbott Electrophysiology
Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) division is at the forefront of advancing the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of innovative technologies, including 3D mapping systems, diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, and ablation solutions. Our mission is to help physicians restore patients’ rhythm and quality of life through precision, performance, and partnership.
The Role
We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Division in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and providing expert clinical and technical support for Abbott’s EP product portfolio. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to support cardiac mapping and ablation procedures and contribute to the growth of our business in the region.
Responsibilities
Understand the dynamics of the local healthcare market and competitors’ strategies.
Develop and implement Account Plans in line with Abbott’s Code of Business Conduct and EMEA policies.
Provide technical assistance during electrophysiology procedures and become implant signed-off.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapies, products, clinical practices, and regulatory requirements.
Manage customer relationships to optimize sales and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate territory records and provide timely reports and forecasts.
Support the training and development of colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with all Abbott quality, regulatory, legal, and clinical standards.
Your Profile:
University degree in Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field.
Experience in medical sales, ideally within the Cardiac Catheter Lab or EP/3DM market.
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and electrophysiology procedures.
Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
Ethical, professional, and results-oriented team player.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
