Territory Manager at ORMCO - Western Hungary (Veszprem Region)
**Job Description:** The person will be supporting the development of the Ormco business activities in Western Hungary. Exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our partners as well as cultivating relationships. Develop leads by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads (through e.g. tenders, direct contact). Besides, as a Territory Manager you are highly involved in training your peers and customers. + Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services + Responsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth within your regions, Dental Medical Unitsand affiliated orthodontic specialists + Take in the sales orders and process them either directly to Customer Service department or through iStore (electronic ordering tool) + Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quota + Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the company + Understand and support the company’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the company’s customers + Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation + Follow company policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations + Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Region Sales Manager + Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management, Regional Manager and Sales team + Prepare periodic reports including: + weekly call reports + monthly expense reports + periodic general reports + other reports as assigned **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor or higher education in Business or Economics + 3 years minimum of sales/general business experience + Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry would be considered an advantage + Has a strategic view on business development and is proactively involved in training its peers and its customers + Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment + Experience to operate in an international environment + Fluent in English language skills and native Hungarian language skills.
