This unique Territory Manager role in Indonesia offers the opportunity to lead regional operations by building strong client relationships through on-site visits, delivering tailored solutions, driving market growth, and contributing to strategic initiatives—all while ensuring safety compliance and fostering long-term business success.

The successful candidate will need to be based in Palembang or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage and grow portfolio of existing accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new business 50/50Build on existing client relationships and gain deep understanding of your client needs and upcoming projects etcGenerate pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leadsThis is a visible role with lots of client interaction, strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and influence decision makers is a mustSpend a high portion of your time on the road visiting clients throughout your TerritoryWork strategically with your clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunitiesUse strong listening skills and consultative selling approach to undercover pain points and solve business problemsCreate meaningful client relationships built on an in-depth understanding of their needs and challengesMaximise opportunities to add value by upselling solutions

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Technical sales experience in engineering, mining, minerals, or related industries.Trade or engineering qualification in engineering desirable(e.g., fitting/machining or similar mechanical trade).Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver results—ideally with mining industry and associated equipment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and present to diverse audiences.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
