Territory Manager
Job Summary:We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution of marketing strategies.Job Responsibilities:• Manage a territory and achieve sales targets by executing marketing strategies effectively.• Develop and implement action plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the assigned area.• Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other channel partners to ensure smooth distribution of products.• Monitor competitive activities and respond accordingly to protect market share.• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer interactions for future reference.Job Qualifications:• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.• Proven experience in sales management within FMCG industry.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.• Experience in using CRM software for sales tracking and forecasting.• Sound knowledge of marketing mix (4Ps) and ability to apply it effectively in real-world scenarios.• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and conduct market visits.
