About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Key Account Manager – Livestock to join our team in Southern Romania. This pivotal role will focus on driving sales of veterinary products for swine and ruminants by building strong relationships with veterinarians and key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with technical sales representatives and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with sales management, marketing, and technical teams to promote swine and ruminant products.Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities by networking with veterinarians and key industry stakeholders across A, B, and C customer segments.Create and implement key account and strategic plans aligned with business objectives, based on detailed customer needs analysis.Utilize CRM and other data sources to maintain accurate customer information and support effective decision-making.Build and nurture strong business relationships with farmers and veterinarians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Deliver customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers in the swine and ruminant sectors.Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, presentations, and regional symposia to enhance customer engagement and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with marketing, sales, technical teams, and other Key Account Managers to maximize business growth.Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and industry regulations.Travel within the Southern Romania territory as required.

Territory Coverage: Southern Romania region

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Sciences, or a related field.Proven experience in sales or key account management within the animal health industry, specifically with swine and ruminant veterinary products.Deep understanding of the veterinary market and challenges faced by veterinarians.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent presentation and training capabilities.Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
