ABOUT THE ROLE

 

The Territory Executive (Hybrid) is responsible of the stores within the territory assigned. The Territory Executive will support the RBH Transformation by building relationships with current store management and staff as well as identify opportunities with new/prospective stores with a focus on building awareness and understanding of our Smoke Free Vision.

 

The Territory Executive (Hybrid) will support the entire RBH portfolio of products and grow our overall share of market within his/her territory by leveraging digital and omni-channels to build/manage relationships, educate store management and staff, ensure that stores are registered in the RBH systems that support the education, order and fulfillment of our products and that the stores are compliant with the policies determined by RBH.

 

Based on the geography and the territory make-up, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) will conduct up to 50% of their time and activities remotely, from home office, using remote technologies and apps on mobile phone.

 

 

YOUR DAY TO DAY

 

Build Relationships - The Territory Executive (Hybrid) will build and manage relationships with current and prospective store management as well as the Front-Line Staff (FLS). Relationship building is centered upon understanding store objectives and challenges and providing customized solutions using relevant RBH systems, education, products/services, support and programs that will enable the store to meet objectives and address/minimize challenges. Relationship building will involve in-trade store visits as well as remote communications on a regular basis.

 

Introduce, educate and support SFP (smoke free products) - With a focus on achieving our Smoke Free Vision, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) will introduce and raise awareness of our SFP products to store management and their FLS. Through in-trade visits, remote communications and DTE, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) will educate store staff on our products, accessories, service and support. The Territory Executive (Hybrid) must develop deep knowledge of RBH's Smoke Free Vision, SFP technology, functionality and portfolio of products and must be able to educate store staff through in-store visits and/or remote communication.

 

Manage and Develop Store Performance - Through analysis of RBH systems and reports, relationship management and remote/in-trade visits, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) must know the performance of the stores within the territory at all times and identify opportunities to support stores in improving their performance and/or address under/nonperformance in a positive yet effective way. Territory Executives (Hybrid) will develop custom programs within their territories to support RBH and store objectives. Performance may be measured on a variety of categories such as compliance, DTE/product registration, etc.

 

Prospect/Sign new opportunities within the Territory - As the owner of the territory, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) is required to identify opportunities within the territory. This includes new channels/stores, new/expanded offerings within stores, upgrading current stores to higher tiered stores, etc. Building deep knowledge of the Vape Channel/Stores within the territory is essential as is building appropriate relationships within this channel and identifying and ultimately activating stores. Once approved by RBH, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) is required to negotiate contracts with store owners and set-up stores in required RBH systems as well as complete the physical layout and merchandising of the store/products to comply with RBH standards.

 

Portfolio Management - The Territory Executive (Hybrid) must become well-versed in all RBH products and services; this includes multiple products (e.g., iQOS, VEEV, TEREA, Combustibles), multiple brands/SKUs, accessories, etc. With this deep understanding of the full portfolio, the Territory Executive (Hybrid) is responsible for effectively managing sales, inventory, pricing, placement, etc. of RBH products within their stores.

 

Team Building and Management - Actively participate in the direct team of Territory Executives and 3rd party salespeople (as applicable), Region and the Commercial function as a whole by contributing to the overall development of the RBH business and practices that will improve profitability and efficiencies. Strive to establish and foster a 'One Team. One Goal.' environment.

 

Strictly adhere to the sales/conditions, legal requirements and all policies and procedures.

 

Optimize the use of RBH technology to plan, track, document and maintain an accounting of day-to-day activities.

 

Depending on territory, extensive travel may be required.

This job posting is related to an existing vacancy and the salary is $75 790 plus a variable compensation based on performance.
