Primary Job FunctionAchieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target.Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system.Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division.

Core Job ResponsibilitiesChemist Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists to ensure product availability in optimum Quantity and visibility of the brands. Ensure POBs and discuss advantage of product over competition.Distributor Management: Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery, expansion of geography and manage inventory levels.Semi wholesales Management- Connect Semi wholesales to Distributors who can supply to deep interiors so that product availability is ensured in all towns in designated geography. Regular intervention to analyze secondary and availability.Doctor Visits: Conduct regular visits to doctors to promote our products, provide product information, and answer any queries for Haemaccel.Customer relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly visit and interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.Trade Marketing and Promotions: Implement trade marketing activities and promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility. Stay informed about competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and ensuring availability.Product Promotion: Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market share.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, doctor visits, and other relevant information.Minimum Education

BSc/B. Pharma/ B.Com

Experience/Training Required

0 to 4 Years of experience as medical representative/sales representative in a similar role. Ability to cover bigger geographies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with background of selling pharmaceutical brands through Semi wholesales and Chemists to be considered.
