Territory Account Representative

As a Territory Account Representative, you will provide region strategy and leadership for Taiwan server ODM and account management. You will create the market strategy, support and establish key relationships, drive sales contracts closures and revenue achievement. You will also ensure direct account management for the strategic customers of CIS server rail products. This role implies collaboration with other regional Key account manager to coordinate global engagements and ensure consistent aligned approach to support existing and prospective customers in Taiwan. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Working closely with potential Server ODM, SI, and Could Service Provider customers to understand server rail technical challenges & business goals and proposing CIS solutions • Compiling and creating detailed business and technical proposals in response to ODM opportunities and RFQ proposals. • Providing strong sales leadership, support, account management, and direction for Taiwan key account customers. • Provide regular and consistent communications, sales updates, barriers, and opportunity reporting to APAC Manager. • Establish working relationships with global customer service, design engineering, quality, and production teams to support account management needs • Promoting CIS design and manufacture capabilities and developing key account relationships and opportunities leading to long term product sales growth • Identifying, mapping, and maintaining deep and productive relationships with key influencers ranging from engineering personnel, product managers, procurement agents, and executive supporters within key customer organizations • Recommend new product offerings and identify new opportunities for CIS; track and report voice-of-customer to product marketing team; track competitors and develop competitive response actions as appropriate **YOU HAVE:** • Ideally 5+ years of Taiwan server ODM, SI, and CSP sales account management for technical products. • Highly motivated and result driven to achieve sales budget. • Ability to speak and influence key customer influencers at all position levels within partner organization, both professionally and technically • You are an outstanding negotiator! • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong English and Chinese language skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
