Territory Account Manager - Austria

In this role you will: - Focus on Enterprise and Upper Mid Market customers in Austria - Create and own a Territory Business Plan for Austria, and execute based on Logitech Europe’s Direct Engagement strategy - Generate additional sales with our existing customers and win net new customers for Logitech - Engage with our local base of resellers, system integrators and distributors in Austria, building pipeline and supporting them with end customer opportunities - Engage with the local teams of our alliances partners, such as Microsoft, Google, and Zoom - Cross sell the full Logitech portfolio of business products, including Video Collaboration, Personal Workspace solutions, Headsets and Services, to maximise customer wallet share - Execute and achieve targets in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing and quarterly driven environment - Directly target the top corporate enterprise customers in the country, with a view to selling them the Logitech business to business portfolio, winning RFPs, and standards - Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives to your client base - Maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel at all times with enough coverage to exceed quota - Set up regular engagement with key partners to review the end customer deals pipeline - On-time delivery of monthly activity reports including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget, and next month objectives - Responsibility to keep an updated pipeline funnel at all times through salesforce.com Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: - 3-5 years of business to business sales experience - Fluency in English and German - Demonstrated sales success and ability to exceed targets selling to enterprise and mid market customers - Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach to our customers - Hands-on and able to lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, and close new, white-space territories and accounts - Possess a successful track record selling complex solutions - Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction - Highly competitive, ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding sales goals - Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills - Strong influencer - Creative strategic thinker and fast learner - Influential communicator and great presentation skills - Persuasive, charismatic, engaging, confident - International mindset - The role requires travel within the region. \#LI-RD1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
