Job Description

Drive profitable growth of the business through achievement of agreed sales and distribution targets, and the implementation of Perfect in store standards, across and existing customer base. Have a natural ability to influence others and a strong goal setting approach to business where you can juggle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilties

Effectively managing your territory and being the conduit between our business and our customers, representing Wattie’s to the best of your ability.

Builds & nurtures a trusted end-end partnership with customers from Store Managers to Shop Floor.

Leads regular store reviews analysing performance, interpreting insights and presenting opportunities.

Manage overall in-store activity to ensure great execution of upcoming promotions, display and new product activations.

Allocates in-store spend, based on financial and objective metrics to ensure greatest ROI for Territory

Assist the Field Sales Manager with inductions of new team members, coaching and development of the team.

Seen as a Leader within the team and a specialist in the tools used to carry out tasks.

A team player who can solve problems and is eager to bring positive energy to others.

High attention to detail with excellent communication and written skills.

Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

About you

Min 2 years sales experience with a blue-chip FMCG company with a proven track record / sales experience with key international or local retailers

Leadership skills, capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams

Experience in working with Foodstuffs is essential

Strong drive with ambition to build a long-term career

Expert in interpreting, selling, and presenting with data and insights

A skilled negotiator and problem solver with a 'can do' approach to solving

Proven ability building professional relationships and strong sales skills

Ability to work independently, as part of a team and work under pressure to tight deadlines

Highly organised and commercially astute
