As Zubie experiences a surge in demand for its platform within the Fleet, Rental, and Dealer Loaner sectors, we are excited to expand our team. We are currently seeking a Territory Account Manager exclusively focused on these segments to drive market share, subscriber growth, and revenue for Zubie. This remote position requires a candidate with a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels, and a background in software / technology sales. Monthly travel will be required for prospect engagement and participation in industry events.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3-7 years of successful sales performancePast experience in the car rental industry is preferred but not a mustProven track record in cold calling, lead prospecting, and securing new client accountsConsistent achievement of sales and activity goalsDedication to relationship-driven sellingSales Closer: Demonstrated ability to effectively close deals and drive sales to meet or exceed quotaStrong ethical values, emphasizing respect, trustworthiness, and commitmentExceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learningSound judgment and quick decision-making abilitiesUtilize a tech-savvy approach to effectively communicate and sell our technology services.Proficient in conveying the value of our integrated SaaS and hardware solutionsProficiency with CRM (Hubspot), Zoom and Google/Microsoft Office tools, ChatGPTKey Responsibilities:
Prospect companies 1-2 weeks a month in marketIdentify, engage, and educate prospects about our products and servicesMaintain a robust pipeline, aiming for 4-5 times the quotaCultivate relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the Rental, Fleet and Dealership industriesIdentify and Evaluate customer needs and pain pointsConduct platform demonstrationsRepresent Zubie at industry eventsReport weekly on sales funnel activityAchieve monthly sales revenue and activity goalsDiligently document prospect communication and trip report activity within HubSpotThis position reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales and offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission plan based on production.
