Terrain Temporary Digital Asset Coordinator

Role Responsibilities Support + alleviate the retouching team by organizing assets and owning needs associated with DAM + STEP.Check daily activations list for commentsExport RNA list weekly and distro to retouchersDivide ecomm assets after each shootEnter photo received in STEPMake any necessary changes to file namesConfirm metadata is correct in the DAM for each skuPrioritize skus for email, creative launch, RNA, etc for retouchersUpload retouched images (on fig, stills, creative alts, etc.) to the DAM dailyTransfer image assets for product reclassesPull stills images and send to CES. Upload, mark in STEPArchive and back up imagesMonitor swatch needs/requests and create new ones when needed Role Qualifications  3-5 years in a similar roleFamiliarity with these systems + plaforms.Organized + detail orientedEffective communication within Creative as well as with cross functional partners.
