Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Terrace Suites Supervisors to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Terrace Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food and bar service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?Train and supervise terrace suites team membersEnsure all food preparations, presentations, and service meet company standardsEnsure responsible alcohol service and report any violationsAnswer guest questions and resolve guest complaintsEnsure all workstations, pantries, and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stockedPerform other duties as assigned

More about youMinimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience requiredStrong knowledge of food and wineBasic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsNo college degree required
