What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and complianceCoordinate inbound and outbound cement shipments with logistics and customersMonitor inventory levels and maintain accurate recordsLead and develop terminal staff through coaching and performance managementEnsure equipment maintenance and operational readiness

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting, including both indoor office and outdoor terminal environments. It may require occasional lifting, climbing, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority in all aspects of the job.
