**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Becton Dickinson Hungary Kft** **. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a downstream protein manufacturing role as a** **Purification Biochemist** **to join our Purification Team. The successful candidate will execute downstream processes and perform in-process analytics.** **Primary Responsibilities and Duties:** + The primary responsibility will be to purify monoclonal antibodies from cell culture supernatant + Analyze proteins using standard protein characterization methods (SDS-PAGE, LAL test, LC/MS, etc.) + Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies + Accurately perform the daily tasks with adherence to all relevant work instructions (batch records, standard work instructions, SOPs, etc.) + Maintain detailed documentation in support of ISO requirements + Follow all safety policies and procedures + Other projects / duties as assigned **Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):** + Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology, Microbiology, or a related Life Science field + Working experience with the followings is an advantage:ӒKTA pure™ chromatography system + Recent graduates are encouraged to apply + Advanced English knowledge + **Fluent Hungarian knowledge - written & spoken** Required Skills Optional Skills . **Primary Work Location** HUN Kornye - Uveggyar **Additional Locations** **Work Shift** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
