Tennis Attendant 

About The Role: 

**This role will not be onboarded until September 17th, 2025** 

The Tennis Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Four Seasons residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and personalized experience. This role includes aiding the tennis team with support on the tennis courts and in the public areas during daily operations, private and group lessons and special events, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. 

What You Will Do:   

Be part of the pre-opening team! 

Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience for private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations. 

Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests. 

Greet guests with the ability to describe tennis services and related activities. 

Set up tennis courts for daily play with water, balls, towels, etc.  

Set up ball machine for guests to practice on courts.  

Repair or tell Manager about maintenance requests to repair wind screens, nets, and courts as needed.  

Restock towels, tennis balls, water, and supplies as needed throughout the day.  

Maintain guest areas with fruit, snacks, and coffee. 

Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events.  

Contribute to maintaining the tennis facility by keeping the courts clean and well-maintained. 

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. 

 

What You Bring:   

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

Customer service experience with attention to detail. Previous experience preferred in a tennis facility or knowledge of the sport is a plus. 

Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.  

Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. 

Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.  

The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.  

Position requires continuous standing, walking, and running for 8 or more hours a day with the ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs, and to be outside for extended periods of time. 

Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:  

This is a full-time position.   

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
