**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Manages team of Application Engineers by reviewing incoming requests and orders, assigning and overseeing workload and providing support as needed for complex inquiries.
+ Provides product and application training for the team.
+ Finds and develops methods to support customer's product needs and engineering deliverables.
+ Determines prospective customer's requirements for both products and documentation and maintains a database of commented specifications.
+ Negotiates, in conjunction with the Account Managers and Sales Management, with customers technical, commercial and legal details to the mutual satisfaction of customers and the Company.
+ Travels to customer locations (including distribution) to insure close and regular face-to-face contacts with account managers.
+ Entertain customers during and outside normal business hours, as required, consistent with expense budgets and good business practices.
+ Supports Project managers as needed.
+ Abides by all existing customers contracts to ensure all needs are satisfied.
+ Maintains good cross-discipline relationships within the Company.
+ Safety obligations:
+ All employees understand and are able to explain the structure and objectives of the SBP.

+ All employees have "the right and duty to intervene" in the event a safety concern becomes evident. In addition, acceptance of an intervention should be accepted in a positive manner as it could have prevented an accident.
+ All employees are required to comply with all work instructions, policies, and posted signs or instructions regarding safety, including but not limited to proper use of required PPE at all times
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ Minimum five years experience in tendering and application knowledge.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
+ Thorough knowledge of products and services as well as competitor’s products and services.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft office products.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Willingness to travel overnight (vehicle and air) on a regular basis.
