Job Description SummaryManaging the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting bids for public or private healthcare contracts. Analyzing tender requirements, coordinate with internal teams to compile compliant and competitive proposals, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify, review and analyze tender documents and requirements.Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submissions. Manage the entire tender process from initial inquiry to final submission.Validate tender requirements, highlight risks to the cross-functional teams and prepare clarification requests if necessary. Identify what GE HC can have as the best offer for the specific tender.Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with quality and regulatory standards and meets client requirements and deadlines.Maintain a database of all tender documents and submissions.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and clarifications.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing tenders.Identify and assess potential risks associated with tender submissions.Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.Follow up on submitted tenders and provide additional information as required.Negotiating with agencies regarding the event budget, collecting speakers’ data, arranging all logistics activity, like transportation, accommodation. Creating AST workflows for events – like: congresses, workshops, Channel Partner training, creating and tracking POsCreating DI offers for private customers

Desired Characteristics

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field is preferred.Experience in tendering, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector.Strong organizational and project management skills.Good written and verbal communication in EnglishProficiency in MS Office and tender management platformsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.Demonstrates patience and precision when working with detailed tender requirements.
