Tender Planner (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

Key member of the tender team providing schedule status to the capture team leader and tender teamDevelops and maintains the tender schedule by integrating inputs from all functions, units and third parties contributing to the projectCommunicate about the schedule status to the tender manager, Tender Team and third parties.Provides schedule analysis to determine tender schedule risks and opportunities then works with tender team members to drive risk mitigation strategiesPreparation of critical path analysis and work with multiple critical and near critical pathsGenerates what if” scenarios to optimize execution and works with tender teams to evaluate feasibilityAligns with cost controlling function to ensure clear alignment between cost and schedule to ensure accurate project executionLoad and manage resources into the project schedule

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

· Graduate in Engineering or Economic studies.

Experience and Knowledge:

As part of a tender or project execution team, several years of experience in planning managementApplication of planning control principles (WBS, critical path, progress, resource loading)Application of Primavera P6 AND MS Project

Behavioral skills / competencies:

Fluent in German is a must, English good working commandLikes to work in a Team with active collaborationContribute to the decision makingCritical approach of data on handsRigor and TransparencyProactivity & Anticipation and problem solving attitude
