Your Role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Tender Management Apprentice supporting the Southern Europe activities.In this role within our WEU Tender Management Team, you will learn how to manage the complete execution of tenders by identifying relevant tenders, assessing what information is required, coordinating the response material from all parties involved and ensure that the submission puts forward the best possible response in terms of completeness and appropriateness.You will be responsible of the daily administrative tasks such as screening and tender documentations coordination as well as post bid activities after notification of the tenders. Other punctual tasks may be needed upon business needs.The scope of support will be for Italy and punctually for Spain.You will also learn how to manage your time and prioritize your work.

Who you are:

•Master degree in law or in any commercial fields

•Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English.

•Comfortable in interacting with customers and sales people

•Able to collaborate with others in an action oriented and collaborative environment

•Highly organised, able to organize and prioritize the activities
