Tender, Contract and Pricing Senior Specialist is responsible for the provision of Tender and Pricing submissions to the UK and Ireland Health Providers and supporting/backfilling BNL Market in conjunction with the sales representatives, Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Manager. They will be responsible for the assigned regional areas respecting deadlines, local market and national requirements ensuring compliance with high quality tender submissions whilst creating and maintaining customer excellence. It should be noted that other markets may form part of your overall responsibility such as BNL and France.
Major Accountabilities
Lead in delivery of tender excellent and contracts service to Public and Private Health providers in a timely mannerDeliver and manage on a tender plan/pipeline to ensure that internal stakeholders are aware role and responsibilities to deliver on time and high-quality responsesPartner with sales team to undertake pretender engagement and framework optimisationEnsure submission of required Tenders and Pricing in line with requests and agreed with the sales team, the National Sales Manager to the agreed standardContract and Tender management of stakeholders, including, Procurement organisations not limited to NHSSC, NHS Scotland, NHS Wales, NHS Northern Ireland, HSE and other buying organisations including Private Hospital Groups at appropriate management level. Any other procurement partners sat outside the UKI marketPro-active benchmarking of tender and contract submissions to ensure best-in-class approachMonthly expired pricing/Modifier/Contracts review in line with agreed expectations and in partnership with EMEA Operations Manager – including updating internal systemsCollaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure robust Tender submission of high qualityEnsure the EMEA Senior Tender and Contracts Manager is fully informed on the conditions of business and market through a regular reportingAny other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager including special projects out of region or countryKey Performance Indicators

Languages:
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Any other European language would be an asset preferably Dutch
Experience:
• Proven experience working within commercial functions, ideally Tender Management, Sales, Product Management and/or Marketing/Public Procurement
• Experience working within the medical devices environment
• Ability to demonstrate use of persuasion/influencing tactics to achieve business objectives
• Thorough understanding of PCR 2015, EU Procurement Directives and understanding of Procurement Reform Act
• Commercial awareness of the healthcare industry; knowledge and understanding of products, services and marketplace – including e-procurement portals
• Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of customer service
• Proven project management skills which demonstrate flexibility/an ability to adjust to changing customer’s needs
