Job Description Tenancy Support Officer - Birmingham, UK

Job Responsibilities:

Provide light-touch support to service users, including assistance with booking GP appointments and benefit claims.Promote independent living skills among tenants.Manage your own diary and schedule to complete required hours between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.Be available for emergency call-outs as needed.Drive to various locations within Birmingham (B18, B66, B5).£13 per hourMileage reimbursed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a support worker role or similar position.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Empathy and understanding towards vulnerable individuals.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.Basic knowledge of benefit systems and health care services.Resilience and adaptability in a busy environment.
