Our client, a prominent private school, is seeking a hands-on Temporary to Permanent HR Generalist to join their NYC team. The ideal candidate will have experience within all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HRIS, and any ad hoc projects. 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, required. Bachelor's degree, required. PHR or SHRM Certification, highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, required. Ability to solve problems, collaborate, and maintain relationships with school members.

The hourly rate for this role is $35-$42/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
