Job Title(Temporary) Program manager - Team Performance & InsightJob DescriptionAre you ready to help shape how Rabobank’s engineering teams measure and improve their delivery? As Program Manager for our Team Performance & Insight initiative (TPI), you will lead the charge in scaling a program that is transforming how squads reflect on their performance and continuous keep improving how they work.
Following a successful pilot with 10 squads, we are scaling up fast—with 15 new squads joining this year, 50 squads by January, and full adoption across Retail NL Tech (400+ squads) by 2026 year’s end. You will be at the heart of this transformation, driving both strategic direction and day-to-day implementation within a dynamic stakeholder environment
You and your (temporary) roleThis one-year assignment focuses on rolling out a performance & insights metrics program across Rabobank’s Retail NL Tech organization. The initiative combines technical insights (via dashboards and metrics) with cultural change, helping squads build habits around performance conversations and continuous improvement.
You will work across strategic, tactical, and operational levels—planning ahead, coordinating onboarding, and addressing challenges as they arise. You don’t need to be an expert in every detail, but you do need to know what matters most and make sure it gets attention.
Assignment duration: 1 year.
Hours: 36–40 hours per week.

Your and your working dayMorning check-in with team to align on priorities.
Meetings with E&E Tech to discuss dashboard improvements and metric development, based on feedback from squads.
Tactical and strategic consults with stakeholders throughout the back, such as: program steering group Retail Tech/CPO, stakeholders of other CITO divisions and other domains such as W&R.
Organizing sessions focused on cultural change, onboarding, or metric expansion.
Develop training sessions to enable teams to make Performance & Insights part of their way of working.
You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, engineers, developers, and consultants from Strategic Backlog Management and Tech Leads, across RNLT, CPO, and E&E Tech.
You and your responsibilitiesDevelop and lead an implementation plan to scale Team Performance & Insight across squads.
Coordinate onboarding and support adoption across Retail NL Tech, and manage other domains throughout the bank since Retail NL Tech is the frontrunner on this topic.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement on a sensitive topic, performance management.
Monitor progress, tackle blockers, and continuously improve the rollout.
Balance stakeholder needs with program priorities and roadmap.
Keep overview of the onboarding process and which teams are part of the new way of working and which teams are not.
Drive cultural change by demonstrating the benefits of continuous improvement for squads.
Lead the implementation of Team Performance & Insights and functionally lead the program team.
Ensure that Team Performance & Insights generate measurable, quantitative results related to squad performance.
Take end-to-end ownership of the Team Performance & Insights program.
Organize outside in view from other companies with regards to increasing team performance in a data driven way.
