Our client, well-known healthcare organization in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, lasting 6-12 months with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The pay rate is $21/hour, and free parking is available onsite. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and families in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and welcoming customer service to patients, families, and visitorsAccurately record and process demographic and insurance informationMonitor and manage clinic schedules and patient flowCoordinate with clinicians and supervisors as neededAnswer and route calls; triage urgent messagesAttend daily team huddles and support smooth departmental operationsAssist patients with portal enrollmentSupport process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects

Candidate Qualifications:
