Responsibilities:
-Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, while ensuring the delivery of all projects on time, within scope and within budget
-Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule, and costs
-Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
-Report and escalate any issues to management as needed
-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
-Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills:
-Master's degree in public health, health care, business, or science related fields may be preferred
-Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required. Based on department needs and supporting areas, bachelor's degree may need to be in one of the following: health services, life sciences, biomedical sciences, nursing, or clinical field
-Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required
-At least five years of experience managing full life cycle projects desired
-Must have project management experience in health systems
-Experience partnering with OCM & Communication Teams
-Experience managing Microsoft technology related projects
-Experience managing network technology related projects
-Experience working with Health Care Systems
-Ability to adapt to frequent changes
-Effectively meeting facilitation skills
-Experience collaborating with Business Analysts
