Description of Work Unit
Remodel and Construction Services Unit within the Facilities Management department, provides construction and remodel service to the various departments on campus to fulfill the mission of the university community.

Position Summary
This position will support the Remodel and Construction Services ( RCS ) Trade Supervisors and/or Journey Level staff with Painting related tasks for both remodel and new construction work on Projects and Single Trade requests.
Position Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate in the application materials:
+ Six (6) months of paint experience.
Preferred Qualifications
The highly desired candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities, personal characteristics, and experience directly related and critical to this position:
+ Experience painting for a commercial group or business.
