Responsibilities:
* Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials, including large commercial pallets.
* Use RF/scan gun equipment to accurately pick, scan, and track inventory and shipments.
* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
* Assist with general warehouse duties such as receiving, packing, labeling, and staging inventory.
* Communicate effectively with warehouse and front office team members to support efficient workflow.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe work environment.
* Participate in inventory counts and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
* Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks or systems as needed.
* Support a team-oriented environment by being punctual, dependable, and coachable.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
* Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
* Experience using SAP or other warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a warehouse setting.
* Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
* Prior experience working with large commercial pallets.
* Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
