Temporary position$22.91 to $28.93 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Temporary until the end of OctoberManage calendars, calls, and appointmentsPrepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materialsAssist with invoices, payroll support, and data entryCoordinate projects and support leadership as neededTemporary Executive Assistant Qualifications:
5+ years of Prior Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience requiredValid Driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must)QuickBooks knowledge is a plusApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
