LOCATION: Oakbrooke Elementary School 2200 Thornhill Drive Sherwood, Arkansas 72120 QUALIFICATIONS: + Experience in custodial work or willingness to learn + Ability to do physical labor REPORTS TO: Custodial and Grounds Supervisor JOB GOAL: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: + Scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors as needed. + Vacuum and clean carpet. + Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, woodwork, venetian blinds, and bathrooms. + Responsible for removal of trash from assigned areas. + Clean up grounds and perform the routine tasks required in the care of the grounds. + Move office and school furniture as needed. + Perform work at varying heights on a ladder. + Perform some heavy lifting. + Perform other duties as assigned. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary Range: $11.44/hr.
