What the day will look like + Provide administrative support to the Scheme Administrator and the Assistant Scheme Administrator for the daily Solicitors Professional Indemnity Scheme (“PIS”) administration and the renewal of the PIS including collection/verification of forms and documents, data entry and preparation of indemnity related documentation, etc. + Provide assistance to team members and completing any ad-hoc tasks assigned + Provide general administrative support including photocopying/filing of documents and other clerical works, etc Skills and experience that will lead to success + Work experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not necessary + Detail-minded, responsible and organized + Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese + Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Typing + Immediate available preferred How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
